The darn jack is too tall !

So, make some of these things (see below)

And put 'em together like this

It's pretty simple, just make two of these out of 2x10
The bottom piece is about 21" and the top is about 9-1/2"

Lay them out in the track of the front wheels

Drive up on them and now you have room to slide a floor jack under the air dam.
