| So, we're on our way home one night
from a walk around the neighborhood when we come across this mangy,
dirty,
flea-infested kitty. Of course, she is complaining very
loudly about
her situation. One thing you should never do is talk to or
even make
eye contact with a helpless little kitten. This is especially
true
if you (or your spouse) is on some kind of animal rescue
mission.
Anyway, after a trip to the kitty emergency room and several hundreds
of
dollars later, kitty is flea and ear mite-free and has medication for
her
three (3) internal parasites and is eating. Next thing you
should
never do is give a stray kitten a name. Now Lucy will join
the bird,
the dog, the fish and possibly some other pets in our house that I
haven't found yet. |
