| ROOF REPAIRS: The roof is cedar. The roof was installed in 1992. The roof is getting old. We are trying to squeeze another five or more years out of it before it is new roof time. The maintenance included a thorough cleaning, moss removal, gutters cleaned, bad shingles and ridge pieces replaced, a new attic vent fan and treatment with an oil based preservative. Fingers crossed . . . |
